COMMUNITY RULES

We believe in freedom of expression and try to allow everyone the opportunity to express their views.
However, to ensure a safe, friendly and helpful environment for everyone, we ask that users of our services follow these simple guidelines.

DON'T JUDGE A BOOK BY ITS COVER

We welcome posts and debates on a wide range of topics, not just bailiffs and banks. We encourage conversation within the group on subjects in the news, politics, lifestyle and more. We are also happy for members to post other issues they may need help with, such as employment or consumer issues.

Please do not post stating that the group is "allowing" unrelated posts and you don't like it. The simple solution when you find a post you don't like - is to keep on scrolling.

DO NOT BLOCK ADMIN, MODERATORS OR OTHER MEMBERS OF THE TEAM

Blocking an admin doesn't stop them from seeing your posts and comments in the group. In fact, it draws attention to them.

If you decide to block a team member, you will immediately be removed from the group until they have been unblocked. You will then have to reapply to join the group and may have to wait for your request to reach the top of the list. This could take several days.

NO SCREENSHOTTING

Please do not screen shot posts from our groups and repost them on other groups or forums.

It can take a lot of courage to make a post and ask for help. Please respect other members and leave their posts where they belong, in our private group. Even if you disagree with the poster or the advice given, pease respect the group and its members.

Any member found to be copying posts will be removed and blocked from the group.

NO ASKING FOR MONEY

No Gofundme, crowdfunder, kickstarter etc. No borrowing or lending of money between members of the group or members of the admin team.

Neither Beat the Bailiffs and the Banks or 3 Amigos Media will be held responsible if members lose money through borrowing or lending.

NO INBOXING

Do not inbox people for advice and Do NOT send advice via inbox. You will be permanently blocked without warning for breaking this rule.
Do not inbox admin members. You will be blocked for this too!
If you receive an inbox message from another member, ask yourself why they couldn't post their help, advice or request on our group. The chances are you have been contacted by a bailiff or Collection Agency employee to try and stop you following correct advice.
You can report inappropriate contact by making a post **FOR ADMIN ONLY** INCLUDING SCREENSHOTS OF THE MESSAGES YOU HAVE RECEIVED.  Or you can send a message to us by clicking here

DO NOT SPAM POSTS

Please think before you type. Use your discretion. People who are posting for help may be in a state of panic. Don't tie up help posts with useless comments or "F's". If you require help, do not ask on someone elses post. Please make a fresh post of your own.

ADMINS DECISION IS FINAL

If you have been removed from the group, muted or blocked, do not message admin members or our pages asking why. You will not receive a reply (and inboxing is against the rules.)

NO BULLYING, HATE SPEECH OR INAPPROPRIATE COMMENTS

RACISM, XENOPHOBIA &  HOMOPHOBIA – None of these will be tolerated in any way. Cyberbullying is the use of cell phones, instant messaging, e-mail, chat rooms or social networking sites such as Facebook and Twitter to harass, threaten or intimidate someone.

WHEN POSTING...

When you are posting for help, include as much information as possible. If your post includes a picture of a letter you received, make sure you cover all your personal details including reference numbers, bar codes as well as bailiff names and phone numbers.

If your post has any details on display it will not be approved. If your post was already approved, it will be deleted. This is for your ownn protection.
